C&W Business - Flow Business Bulk SMS Migration FAQ
Q1: Why is the SMS platform being upgraded?
The legacy Bulk SMS platform is being phased out to provide customers with a more modern, scalable, and feature-rich messaging experience. The new Bulk SMS platform offers improved performance, user roles, branded interfaces, and a cleaner, more intuitive interface.
Q2: When will the current platform be shut down?
The legacy platform will be permanently shut down on December 5, 2025.
Q3: What happens if I don’t submit the setup information by the deadline?
We will not be able to create your account or provide login credentials. Your access will be lost after the shutdown date.
Q4: Will I get my login?
Yes. Each user listed in the setup information will receive their own login credentials based on their role (Operator, Viewer or Administrator).
Q5: What are the Operator and Viewer roles?
Operator: Can create, send, and manage SMS campaigns.
Viewer: Can only view reports and campaign summaries
Admin: Admins have full access to all features and settings within the space.
Q6: Can I change roles or add users later?
Yes. Once your account is active, you can request changes or add new users via the Administrator's profile or by contacting your Liberty Business representative.
Q7: Will my contacts and campaigns be migrated automatically?
Yes, your existing contracts/subscribers will be migrated automatically, but your campaigns and reports will not be migrated. We recommend that you download any reports that you wish to keep before December 5, 2025.
