Getting Started with Bulk SMS Platform
Welcome! This guide will help you quickly send SMS campaigns on the new Bulk SMS platform.

Visit the login page (URL provided in your welcome email)
Enter your email address
Create your new password when prompted
Ensure that you save your login URL and your password

Operator: You can send SMS campaigns and manage your contact lists
Viewer: You can view reports but cannot send messages

Go to "Subscribers" in the menu
Click "Add Subscribers"
Upload your CSV file (we recommend headers like PhoneNumber, FirstName, LastName)
Validate and save

Go to "Campaigns" > "New Campaign"
Enter a name and choose "SMS" as the channel
Select the sender ID/Short or Long code number
Choose your audience (from uploaded contacts)
Type your message and review the preview
Schedule or send immediately
